Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor to coach the branch team on mortgage products, meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for additional products, collaborate on marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations, and build strong relationships with customers and retail branches. Must provide consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs, maintain expertise on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, comply with regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/TILA), and participate in NMLS/Safe Act processes. The role emphasizes sales success in retail banking, real estate knowledge, and the ability to leverage marketing and cross-sell strategies within footprint territories, while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
