Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers alongside bankers to introduce new clients for additional products, and collaborating with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts. Develops mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, acts as the internal/external mortgage expert, and provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs, goals, and circumstances. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements; offers opportunity to leverage marketing, relationship-building, and sales skills to grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
