Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations, and leveraging marketing initiatives to drive client growth. Requires consultative sales skills, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong communication, and ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners. Compliance with Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act is required; active NMLS registration upon employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
