Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, coaching branch teams on products and services, partnering with bankers to drive loan originations, and applying knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to support customer goals. The role emphasizes consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs, collaboration with retail branches to promote mortgage loans, and delivering a strong customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of mortgage lending/sales experience, plus knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
