Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching branch teams on mortgage products, meeting customers with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations, and building strong client relationships. Collaborates with marketing efforts (direct mail, ads, cross-sell, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing) to drive loan originations within footprint territories. Maintains expert knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers' needs, and supports branding as the internal/external mortgage expert while ensuring regulatory compliance under Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
