Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor positioned within Chase Home Lending to guide clients toward homeownership by providing consultative mortgage loan origination, cross-selling related products, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include coaching branch staff on products and services, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional offerings, promoting mortgage loan originations across footprint territories, maintaining mortgage expertise and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/real estate experience, 3+ years in mortgage lending and sales, strong communication, and proficiency with NMLS/SSAFE Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act of 2008
- Contingent on Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank qualification requirements; review of criminal history and credit report
