Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through mortgage loan originations and related financial services. Coach and train branch teams on products and services; collaborate with bankers to introduce new clients and cross-sell mortgage-related offerings; drive customer experience using centralized marketing and lead generation efforts; develop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories; serve as the internal/external mortgage expert with strong consultative skills grounded in financial analysis and product knowledge; requires Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of mortgage lending with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; Satisfy regulatory and licensing requirements including NMLS/SAFE Act.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
