Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team on mortgage products, meeting with customers to originate loans, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations. Collaborates with branches to enhance the customer experience through targeted marketing efforts, leading to compliant, consultative mortgage solutions tailored to clients’ financial needs. Builds expertise in FHA/VA and conventional loan guidelines, maintains strong relationships with customers, and supports regulatory compliance while guiding clients from pre-qualification to closing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
