Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, based in Katy, TX, responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, collaborating with bankers to introduce new clients and products, mentoring branch teams, and applying consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs. The role emphasizes promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging marketing efforts (direct mail, ads, relocation programs, digital channels) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and mortgage lending practices, regulatory awareness, and the ability to operate as the mortgage expert within the retail banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
