Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Joliet, IL. Responsible for guiding clients to homeownership by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the life of the loan, mentoring branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers with bankers to introduce new clients for additional products, and collaborating on marketing and cross-sell efforts. Demonstrates consultative skills with financial analysis and product knowledge to recommend solutions that meet customers’ financial needs and goals. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and ability to navigate regulatory requirements, with NMLS registration expected and compliance with SAFE Act and Truth in Lending/Dodd-Frank requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
