Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching the branch team on products and services, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products, collaborating to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, serving as the internal/external mortgage expert, and providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
