Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Huntington, WV. Responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams on mortgage products, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products and services, and collaborating with marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations. Serves as the internal and external mortgage expert, building strong relationships with customers and partners, providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including FHA/VA guidelines and NMLS/Safe Act obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
