Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serves as the primary point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle, delivering consultative guidance on mortgage products, driving originations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves coaching branch teams, meeting with customers and bankers, coordinating marketing and cross-sell efforts, and building strong customer relationships while leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and real estate markets to meet sales and service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- NMLS registration requirement and compliance with SAFE Act
