Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role in Chase Home Lending focused on guiding clients through the mortgage process from origination to completion. Responsibilities include coaching branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers with bankers to introduce additional products, partnering with the team to drive an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, serving as the internal/external mortgage expert, and providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate, 3+ years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales, knowledge of the local real estate market, strong communication skills, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; preferred qualifications include FHA/VA sales experience and marketing/relationship-building capabilities. The role requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act and Dodd-Frank loan originator requirements; employment is contingent on background checks and regulatory reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
