Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor with Chase Home Lending, responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers to origin mortgage loans, collaborating across marketing channels to drive loan production, developing partnerships with retail branches, and serving as the mortgage product expert. Applies consultative financial analysis to recommend solutions aligned with customers' goals and regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act). Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, 3+ years in mortgage lending and retail banking sales, and strong communication skills to build relationships and cross-sell products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
