Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coaches branch teams, meets with clients to introduce additional mortgage products, and partners with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations. The role entails providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs, maintaining relationships, and collaborating on marketing efforts and centralized communications to drive homeownership outcomes. Required capabilities include sales experience in mortgage lending, knowledge of real estate markets and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and strong written and oral communication skills; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is expected, with the role subject to regulatory and licensing requirements including NMLS registration and Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- FHA/VA sales experience

- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
