Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending builds trust with clients by guiding them through the mortgage process, coaches branch teams on products and services, meets with customers to introduce bankers for additional products, collaborates on marketing and lead-generation efforts, and serves as the internal/external mortgage expert with consultative financial analysis and product knowledge to fulfill customers' homeownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
