Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serving as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle, driving mortgage loan originations and strong sales results while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coaching branch teams, collaborating with bankers to introduce new clients to additional products, partnering on marketing and cross-sell efforts, building strong relationships with customers, and serving as the internal/external mortgage expert with knowledge of FHA/VA/ FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Requires real estate/sales experience, mortgage knowledge, and NMLS registration; emphasizes customer-focused service, financial analysis, and consultative recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act requirements
- Ability to adhere to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
