Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams on products and services; meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products; collaborating with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and relocation/statement programs; promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories; building internal and external mortgage expertise; and providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ financial needs and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
