Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for coaching the branch team, meeting with customers to promote mortgage products, and guiding clients through the loan lifecycle. Collaborates with bankers to introduce clients to additional products, supports marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations, and maintains strong relationships with customers while providing consultative financial recommendations based on clients' needs. Must ensure regulatory compliance (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and complete NMLS registration as required; role emphasizes relationship building, cross-selling, and product knowledge to help clients achieve homeownership. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending/sales in retail banking, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
