Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients through mortgage loan origination, coaching the branch team on products and services, collaborating with bankers to introduce clients to additional products, and driving mortgage loan originations within footprint territories. The role requires consultative skills, deep knowledge of real estate finance, and the ability to build strong client relationships while complying with regulatory requirements and leveraging Chase marketing and outreach tools to enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
