Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients to homeownership and serving as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan. Collaborates with bankers to meet customers, promote mortgage loan originations, and cross-sell products; mentors branch teams and delivers training on products and services; builds partnerships with retail branches and uses marketing efforts (direct mail, media ads, newsletters, outbound leads) to drive growth. Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers' goals and circumstances, leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and mortgage products to support customers through the loan process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
