Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle; coaches branch teams, meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for cross-sell opportunities; collaborates on marketing and client-relations initiatives to promote mortgage products; develops partnerships with retail branches to originate loans; acts as the internal/external mortgage expert and provides consultative guidance based on financial analysis and product knowledge to meet customers’ homeownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Additional Requirements
- This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offer contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other information relevant to financial responsibility and fitness. Felony conviction within last seven years disqualifies from consideration.
