Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process, collaborate with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional products, leveraging marketing and outreach programs, and building strong relationships with customers. Requires consultative selling, knowledge of real estate markets, and familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and NMLS registration is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
