Senior Home Lending Advisor role focusing on guiding clients through the mortgage lifecycle in Chase Home Lending. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting customers with bankers, cross-sell and marketing collaboration to promote mortgage originations, building partnerships with retail branches, serving as the internal/external mortgage expert, and providing consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs, goals, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration or eligibility for registration under SAFE Act
