Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the home loan process, coaching branch teams, meeting with customers and bankers to originate mortgage loans, and leveraging marketing and referral efforts to grow mortgage originations. Requires deep knowledge of mortgage products, adherence to regulatory guidelines, strong consultative skills, and ability to build relationships with customers and branches to deliver a superior homebuying experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
