Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching and mentoring branch teams, meeting with customers and bankers to promote mortgage products, and driving mortgage loan originations. Partners with branches to deliver an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts, while providing consultative financial guidance based on customers' needs and circumstances. Requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, sales and relationship-building skills, and compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- NMLS registration and compliance requirements
