Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor leads mortgage guidance and origination efforts within Chase Home Lending. Coaches and mentors branch teams, collaborates with bankers to meet clients, drives customer-centric experiences through marketing and cross-sell efforts, and serves as the mortgage expert with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Responsible for developing loan originations in footprint territories, building strong customer relationships, providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank and NMLS-related processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
