Job Summary
Coach and mentor the branch team on products and services while collaborating with bankers to introduce new clients to additional offerings. Work with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, and outbound lead sourcing. Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories. Build your role as an internal and external mortgage expert by providing recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs. This position supports the Home Lending team's mission of guiding clients to fulfilling homeownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
