Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, originating mortgage loan products, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle. Collaborates with bankers and branches to promote mortgage loan originations, utilizes marketing efforts to attract clients, provides consultative financial recommendations based on real estate and market knowledge, and ensures regulatory compliance (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC, NMLS/SAFE Act, Dodd-Frank) with emphasis on building client relationships, cross-selling products, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
