Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor coordinates mortgage lending activities and serves as a primary client contact throughout the loan life cycle, coaches branch teams on products/services, collaborates with bankers to introduce clients to potential cross-sell opportunities, drives mortgage originations through marketing and relationship-building, and applies consultative analysis to recommend financing solutions while complying with regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and NMLS/SAFE Act obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
