Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor guides clients through the mortgage loan journey, coaches the branch team with product and service training, meets with customers to introduce bankers for additional products, collaborates on marketing efforts to promote mortgage originations, and maintains relationships as the internal/external mortgage expert. The role emphasizes consultative recommendations based on customers' financial needs and goals, leveraging knowledge of real estate markets and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
