Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, based in Evanston, IL, will serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, coaching and mentoring branch staff, meeting with customers, and partnering with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations. Responsibilities include collaborating on marketing efforts, leveraging direct mail, ads, relocation programs, and digital communications to drive client acquisition, maintaining expertise in mortgage products, and providing consultative recommendations based on customers' financial needs and circumstances while adhering to regulatory requirements. Preferred qualifications include FHA/VA sales experience and strong skills in marketing, relationship building, and cross-selling, with intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment. The role requires NMLS registration and compliance with applicable federal lending regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
