Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending serves as the mortgage expert and primary client point of contact, coaching branch teams, meeting with customers, and partnering with bankers to promote mortgage loan originations. The role involves cross-selling products, supporting marketing efforts, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, customer needs, and market knowledge. Responsibilities include training, collaboration with branches and bankers, relationship building, and leveraging marketing channels and tools to grow home lending business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
