Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending serves as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, coaching and collaborating with branch teams to promote mortgage loan originations, cross-sell, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include training on products and services, meeting with customers alongside bankers, coordinating marketing and outreach efforts, building strong relationships with retail branches, and providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers' needs, goals, and circumstances. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and regulatory compliance (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and the ability to operate within NMLS and SAFE Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
