Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role focusing on serving as the primary contact for home lending clients, coaching branch teams on products and services, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, and delivering consultative financial guidance. Collaborates with marketing efforts and internal partners to create a strong customer experience, maintains expert knowledge of mortgage products and regulatory guidelines (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), and supports relationship-building with customers and branches. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of mortgage lending experience with proven sales ability, plus strong communication skills and knowledge of applicable lending guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
