Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients through mortgage loan originations, coaching the branch team on products and services, collaborating with bankers to cross-sell additional mortgage-related solutions, and delivering a consultative customer experience. This role involves building strong relationships with customers and local branches, leveraging marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations, and applying knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to advise clients throughout the loan lifecycle. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of mortgage lending/sales in retail banking, and strong communication skills; compliance with applicable banking regulations and licensing (NMLS/Safe Act) is also noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
