Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team on mortgage products, meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for cross-sell opportunities, and promoting mortgage loan originations while adhering to regulatory requirements. role emphasizes building internal/external relationships, providing consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs, leveraging marketing efforts and company systems (e.g., Chase.com, direct mail, outbound lead sourcing) to deliver an outstanding customer experience and grow loan originations within footprint territories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration per SAFE Act requirements (as applicable)
