Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and promoting Chase Home Lending products. Key duties include coaching and training the branch team on products and services; meeting with customers and introducing them to bankers for additional products; collaborating on targeted marketing efforts to drive mortgage loan originations; building strong partnerships with retail branches; acting as the internal and external mortgage expert; and providing consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs, goals, and circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration or eligibility for SAFE Act compliance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications

- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
