Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and serving as the primary point of contact, while coaching branch staff, collaborating with bankers to introduce clients to additional products and services, and promoting mortgage loan originations through marketing and cross-sell efforts. The role requires consultative skills, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners. The position is aligned with Chase Home Lending and involves adherence to regulatory requirements including Truth in Lending and SAFE Act registration; NMLS approval is required upon employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
