Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and serving as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan. Leverage knowledge of home lending products to advise clients, collaborate with bankers to introduce additional products and services, and build strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations. Applies consultative sales skills, regulatory knowledge (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines), and financial analysis to meet customer needs, while participating in marketing and cross-sell efforts to enhance the customer experience and drive business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
