Job Summary
Coach the branch team on products and services while partnering with bankers to introduce new clients to additional offerings. Promote mortgage loan originations in assigned footprint territories by leveraging direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, and electronic newsletters to create an outstanding customer experience. Build relationships with customers by providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and their specific goals. This role supports the Home Lending team to deliver strong sales results and guide clients through their home ownership journey. Candidates must possess three years of mortgage lending and retail banking sales experience, along with knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
