Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching branch teams, meeting with customers, and promoting mortgage products. Focus on guiding clients through the loan lifecycle, leveraging marketing and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and acting as the internal/external mortgage expert with strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and licensing requirements; collaborate with bankers and branches to promote originations and deliver an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
