Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Colleyville, TX. Lead client engagements to guide customers through the mortgage process, act as the internal and external mortgage expert, collaborate with bankers to promote loan originations, and provide financial guidance based on real estate market knowledge and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
