Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending based in Chicago, IL. Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services; meets with customers alongside bankers and introduces new clients for additional products and services; works with the team on marketing-driven strategies to promote mortgage loan originations; develops partnerships with retail branches to drive mortgage activity; serves as the internal/external mortgage expert and builds strong customer relationships; provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers’ needs, goals, and circumstances, leveraging knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
