Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending in Chesapeake, VA, responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, coaching branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers alongside bankers to promote additional banking products, and partnering with the team to drive mortgage loan originations. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, NMLS/SAFE Act registration considerations, compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending requirements, and strong consultative sales skills. Required Qualifications
