Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor to join Chase Home Lending in the Chattanooga, TN area. Lead mortgage originations and serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, while mentoring branch staff and collaborating with bankers to grow cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include coaching the branch team on products and services, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional products, and executing targeted marketing efforts to drive loan originations and customer satisfaction. Must leverage knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, regulatory requirements, and local real estate markets to provide consultative financial recommendations and build strong customer relationships. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of mortgage lending experience with strong communication skills; familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and Truth in Lending/Dodd-Frank requirements is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
Desired Qualifications
