Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending responsible for guiding clients to homeownership, meeting with customers, promoting mortgage products, developing mortgage originations, coaching branch team on products and services, collaborating with bankers to introduce new clients, and providing consultative financial recommendations while adhering to regulatory requirements and delivering a strong customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
