Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending advises and mentors branch teams, meets with customers, promotes mortgage loan products, and coordinates with bankers to originate mortgage loans. Builds partnerships with retail branches to drive mortgage originations, serves as the internal/external mortgage expert, and provides consultative financial recommendations based on customers' needs and circumstances. Requires knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate regulatory requirements; position involves marketing and cross-sell efforts across centralized campaigns and relocation programs to support homeownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- NMLS registration as per SAFE Act requirements
