Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor role at Chase Home Lending in Bowie, MD, focusing on guiding clients to homeownership while leveraging mortgage knowledge to act as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle. Responsibilities include coaching branch teams on products and services, meeting with customers, introducing clients to bankers for additional products, collaborating on marketing and cross-sell efforts, promoting mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, serving as the internal/external mortgage expert, and applying consultative skills to assess financial needs and recommend solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
